Movement & Sound

11:45am - 12:30pm / Mercator LawnA space to explore our movement being guided by sound and breath.
There will be a crystal bowl sound bath to finish off in savasana (lying down in stillness).
The yoga practice will be gentle, calming and beginner friendly.
